Yoga and Fitness

Yoga and fitness are the inter related terms. Fitness is better obtained by yoga, the term yoga is not new to us yoga is the only means to obtain physical as well as mental fitness. Now a days even sportsmen are advised to do yoga because yoga has a capacity to increase your fitness level by strenthning your internal cells and tissue by supplying them adequate amount of oxygen which helps in keeping your body healthy and hightens your fitness level, thus as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of cells sportsmen find it easier to maintain there stamina and this results in increased fitness level. Even unwanted fats present in the body are burnt of by yoga thus fitness is also regained. Yoga gurus advice to perform these yoga especially in morning because of fresh and oxygen rich air present in early hours thus while performing yoga at that time fresh air reaches are cells and thus healthy and fitness level is raised up.

Fitness should be the first act of your life because if you are not fit than you are unfit to leave proper life so to live proper life one should be fit. Now the question is how to remain fit? You can visit fitness centers but incase of any problem fitness can be attained at home also by simple exercise and workouts like yoga or meditation can be done at home too but one requires some training at initial stage for this cds and dvds are available which can guide even many tv shows in morning show the yoga programmes so once you got to know that fitness can be obtained at home by you very easily. Rather than this people who are interested in workouts they can go for simple aerobics for which also cds and dvds are readily available in the market, many training programmes of short term are also runned.

Brain fitness is a process or the degree of pschycological percep tion of human brain. Fitness of brain is a branch of cognitive science which relates the normal functions of brain like memory, emotions and percetion and thinking with its fitness it gives different levels of fitness of brain and also helps in development of brain upto certain level. This kind of science is specially useful for checking the fitness of stressed or disturbed persons. To increase the fitness of brain some tips are being suggested by fitness experts they are take less strain, less tension, sleep for atleast 8 hours a day, spend some time with the thing or work you like the most, do brain exercise which would keep your brain fit and even improve its fitness level. Many brain fitness and development centers have come up which give trainings to keep your mind and brain healthy.

Fitness is the first question which comes into our mind when we talk about sports, the sport may be any may it be cricket, hockey or any sport of such kind but the sports person requires a specific fitness to play any of the sport, though the fitness level vary with the kind of sport but the sports personnels have to pass fitness test before they are recruted as sportsmen or sportswomen. General fitness which required for daily work is easy to attain by simple work out and proper healthy diet but specific fitness as in case of sports is a result of hard workout and exercise obtained by undergoing proper training programmes and even high sport nutrition and specific sports diet chart is followed to attain such high level fitness. So fitness is an important matter of sport and it is very hard to maintain this fitness the sports personnel has to undergo daily workout.

Thus for proper working of body cells we should intake proper diet and yoga is one of the best form to retain biological fitness.

Fitness of the body is disturbed due to strain to mind, over work, not able to sleep properly and as fitness is disturbed it has an undue effect on our body and body becomes loose and proper functioning of body tissue is restrained which shows effects like laziness, feeling of sleepiness, decreases ones workin capacity. It has been seen that in modern world due to much mental work than physical work biological fitness is affected much. Thus one must take care so that your body is not affected much.
